Our MP The Hon. Darryl Smith contrubutes to The Joint Select Committee on Local Authorities, Service Commissions and Statutory Authorities (including the THA). The Committee is conducting an inquiry into the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the National Emergency Ambulance Service.
In the conduct of an inquiry of this nature, the Committee would usually seek to engage the relevant stakeholders to obtain written and oral submissions in relation to stated inquiry objectives.
In this regard, the Committee convened a public hearing on Wednesday January 9th, 2019 at 10:15 a.m. with officials of the:
(1)Tobago Regional Health Authority; and
(2)The Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development
